Note - This adapter fits the standard ATOTO S8 and ATOTO F7, plus the 10-inch S8MS (sold as S8G1104MS, S8EG1104MSB or S81104MSFX), and the 10.1-inch ATOTO A6 PF (A6G110PF). ATOTO uses a different connector for the S8 Lite, and for the 7-inch and 9-inch A6PF and S8MS models and this adapter will NOT fit those units - See the correct adapter for these models on this page

This harness is the simplest way to install a ATOTO headunit in your Subaru or Nissan. It is pre-wired with the ATOTO connector on 1 end and the Subaru or Nissan connector on the other.

The Steering wheel button signals are connected on this adapter for Suburu vehicles and MOST Nissan vehicles. Some Nissan vehicles have the steering wheel buttons tied to a different connector because the button signals are routed through a multi-information display. In this case, the steering wheel button signals will need to be connected differently though an AXXESS AXSWC-2 module. We can help you with the wiring for this if you email us! (Usually the buttons signals are either on a 32-pin or 40-pin connector for these Nissan vehicles)

Backup Camera - IMPORTANT: This adapter does not retain the backup camera. If your vehicle has a backup camera, you will use this adapter combined with the backup camera adapter that we offer. What's included:

-ATOTO Direct wire adapter (20-pin to fit Nissan and Subaru vehicles)
-Reverse and Amp Turn-on signals are provided from the ATOTO connector since these may need to be connected elsewhere on the vehicle.

Installation:

1) Just connect both ends (to the ATOTO headunit and to the Vehicle)
2) For Nissan vehicles, you will need to connect the black wire to ground because most Nissan vehicles do not have a ground wire built into the 20-pin wiring. Please ask us for more information on this if you need help! (email to inquiry@autoharnesshouse.com)
3) Program the steering wheel buttons on the ATOTO on-screen menu. That menu will allow you to assign the function of each button so that the ATOTO unit knows what function to perform when you press a steering wheel button.

ATOTO uses 2 different headunit connectors. Please make sure you have the right one for the unit that you're installing!
DOES NOT FIT the 7-inch or 9-inch ATOTO A6 PF (A6G2A7PF, A6G2B7PF, A6G2C7PF, A6G209PF) - EXCEPT the 10.1-inch A6 PF, which DOES fit this adapter, listed below

Nissan Bluetooth Module Bypass

Nissan Vehicles ONLY! Some Nissan vehicles have a separate bluetooth unit that is wired between the main audio receiver and the steering wheel controls. If your vehicle has this, you will need the Nissan Bluetooth Module Bypass Plug to get your OEM steering wheel buttons to function properly. Subaru Owners: Need the 16-pin adapter?

The 16-pin adapter retains functionality of the auxiliary input in the console. The wiring color code for the 16-pin harness/connector is as follows:

Gray - Reverse signal (Signal is NOT present on the WRX or Forester. Most pre-2012 cars also do not have this signal.)
Green - E-brake signal (Signal is NOT present on the WRX or Forester. Most pre-2012 cars also do not have this signal.)

Option 1:
Red RCA - Right Auxiliary audio input
White RCA - Left Auxiliary audio input

Option 2:
3.5mm plug - Stereo Auxiliary input

***Harman Kardon vehicles will include an additional wire. This wire is a +12V power connection for the stock Harman Kardon amplifier. It must be connected to the blue Amp turn-on wire on the 20-pin connector.***
