Direct wire harness for Pioneer Headunits (fits 2008+ Honda/Acura - See compatibility information below)

Description:

This harness is the simplest way to install a Pioneer headunit in your Honda or Acura. It is pre-wired with the Pioneer connector on 1 end and the Honda connector on the other.

What's included:

• Steering Wheel Control wire is provided to the Honda connector (This signal is unique - the signal is not provided on most aftermarket install harnesses)
• Reverse and E-brake signals are provided from the Pioneer connector since this will need to be connected elsewhere on the vehicle.
• Vehicle Speed Signal is already connected
• +12v switched (Red) and Ground (Black) connections are provided for wiring of a steering wheel control interface or other +12v devices.

Installation:

1) Just connect both ends (to the Pioneer and to the Vehicle)
2) Connect the E-brake signal (Reverse is needed only if you will be connecting a backup camera)
3) If the Pioneer headunit does not have a GPS antenna, you must cut the PINK Vehicle Speed Signal wire. (If this is not performed, the system will perform erratically.

This harness will fit any 2014 or newer Pioneer headunit with a video screen.
