Item #4438 connects to the OEM wiring. If you are removing the OEM amplifier and replacing it, you'll only need this harness. If you are retaining the OEM amplifier and adding a processor or an additional amp inline, you'll need both #4438 and #4439 (#4439 connects to the OEM amplifier)
